摘要: 1.配合总公司、推行各项专案及政策。 2.工业区整体管理之规划(总务/消防/环安/工务等)、完善工业区生活机能，并负监督执行之责。 3.依循柬埔寨当地法制，建立并维护对外主管机关之公共关係。 4.劳、环安卫及当地政府机关文件申办、回覆或答辩处理。 5.人员召募任用、拟(修)定、推动人力资源管理等相关工作。 6.公司相关管理报表分析、製作、成本管控。 7.领导并管理工厂财会单位，建立财会相关作业流程制度。 8.执行工厂在未来预计导入TIPTOP系统之计划。 9.跨部门整合沟通及主管交办事项。
